Resending From Offline Gallery

Overview

This feature allows you to revisit and resend photos to guests from the offline gallery, enabling you to text or email images again after the initial event.

Setup Requirements

Before using this feature, ensure you've configured:

  • Email settings according to the email setup guide
  • MMS (text messaging) features per the MMS guide

Configuration Steps

  1. Navigate to the Settings tab in the software.
  2. Select the "Offline Gallery" tab.
  3. Deselect any options you don't want available to guests (e.g., if you only offer SMS and printing, uncheck "Email" and "QR Code").

How to Resend Photos

During your workflow:

  1. Press CTRL+G to open the gallery and view all photos from that event.
  2. Click on the photo you want to resend (it will be highlighted).
  3. Select your desired action from the top options (the choices reflect your enabled features—print, SMS, etc.).
  4. The system returns to the gallery after processing.

Exiting the Gallery

  • Press CTRL+G again to close the gallery and return to the main workflow.
  • Use CTRL+R if you need to restart the workflow.
