How To Create Thumbnails

This guide explains two methods for creating thumbnails for your presets in FMBooth.
Custom Thumbnail
To design a thumbnail from scratch, follow these steps:
- Use Photoshop or similar image editing software to design an image representing your preferred preset
- Create a new document and set appropriate dimensions for your thumbnail
- Save the final design in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format
Photo from Event as Thumbnail
You can also repurpose an image captured during a session as your thumbnail:
- Select the event you prefer from your library
- Choose the specific image you want to use as a thumbnail
- Look for the option at the bottom of the screen labeled "Set Session Assets as Preset Preview and Thumbnail"
- Click this option to convert the selected photo into your thumbnail
