Sharing Gallery Links & QR Codes
Getting guests to your online gallery should be effortless. Foto Master Cloud provides multiple ways to share gallery access -- from QR codes displayed at the booth to shareable links and embeddable widgets. This article covers all the options for getting your gallery in front of guests.
Generating Shareable Links
Every event gallery has a unique URL that you can share anywhere:
- Navigate to Events and select your event.
- Go to Gallery > Share.
- Copy the gallery URL displayed on the page.
You can share this link via:
- Email to event attendees or the event organizer
- Text message or messaging apps
- Social media posts
- Your website or blog
The gallery link gives access to the full gallery, where guests can browse all photos, find their own, and download or share them.
QR Code Generation
QR codes are the most popular way to give guests instant gallery access at the booth:
- Navigate to Events and select your event.
- Go to Gallery > Share > QR Code.
- A QR code is generated automatically for your event's gallery.
- Download the QR code as a PNG image or print it directly.
Displaying QR Codes On-Site
Common ways to display QR codes at your booth:
- Printed signage -- Include the QR code on a printed card or banner displayed next to the booth.
- On the booth screen -- Display the QR code on the booth's idle screen or thank-you screen after each session.
- Table cards -- Place QR code cards on tables at the venue so guests can access the gallery at any time.
- Digital display -- Show the QR code on a secondary monitor or tablet near the booth.
Tip: Print the QR code large enough to scan easily from a comfortable distance. A minimum size of 2 x 2 inches (5 x 5 cm) is recommended for printed displays.
Custom Short Links
For easier sharing, you can create custom short links for your gallery:
- Go to Gallery > Share > Short Link.
- Customize the short link to include the event name or client name (e.g.,
cloud.fotomaster.com/g/smith-wedding). - Copy and share the short link.
Short links are easier to type, remember, and include in printed materials compared to full gallery URLs.
Embedding Galleries on Your Website
You can embed your event gallery directly on your own website using an embed code:
- Go to Gallery > Share > Embed.
- Copy the embed code provided.
- Paste the code into your website's HTML.
The embedded gallery displays directly on your page, giving visitors a seamless experience without redirecting them to the Foto Master Cloud domain.

Sharing Individual Photos
In addition to sharing the full gallery, each photo has its own shareable link:
- When guests receive their photo via email or SMS, the link goes to their individual photo landing page.
- From the landing page, guests can share their specific photo on social media, download it, or navigate to the full gallery.
- Individual photo links can also be found by clicking on any photo within the gallery.
