How To Use the Email Template In the Cloud

Cloud email templates control the email guests receive when media is shared from a Foto Master event. Templates can include brand colors, logos, custom text, buttons, backgrounds, and saved reusable designs.

Requirements

  • Foto Master Cloud account
  • Basic plan or higher
  • A Cloud event
  • Email sharing is part of the workflow

Edit The Email Template

  1. Sign in to cloud.fotomaster.com.
  2. Open Events.
  3. Create a new event or open an existing event.
  4. Open the event's Email tab.
  5. Click the part of the preview you want to edit.
  6. Adjust text, color, font, alignment, padding, margins, borders, images, and backgrounds as needed.
  7. Save the event.

Save Or Load A Template

Use Save as Template when you want to reuse the email design for future events.

Use Load Template to apply either a standard template or one of your saved custom templates.

Connect It To FMX

After editing the Cloud email template:

  1. Open FMX.
  2. Sync the event.
  3. Confirm email sharing is enabled in the workflow.
  4. Run a test session.
  5. Confirm the email arrives, and the design matches the Cloud template.
