Customizing Your Online Gallery
Your online gallery is often the first thing guests see after their booth experience, and it's a direct reflection of your brand. Foto Master Cloud gives you full control over the look and feel of your galleries so you can deliver a polished, professional presentation for every event.
Accessing Gallery Customization
- Log in to cloud.fotomaster.com.
- Navigate to Events and select the event whose gallery you want to customize.
- Go to Gallery Settings > Customize (or Branding).
You can also access global gallery branding settings from Settings > Branding, which apply to all new events by default.
Branding Options
Logo
- Upload your company logo to appear on the gallery page.
- Supported formats include PNG (recommended for transparency), JPG, and SVG.
- Position your logo at the top of the gallery for maximum visibility.
Colors
- Primary Color -- Used for buttons, links, and interactive elements.
- Background Color -- The main background color of the gallery page.
- Text Color -- Applied to headings and body text.
- Accent Color -- Used for highlights and hover effects.
Tip: Choose colors that align with your company branding or match the client's event theme. Consistent branding across the booth, gallery, and emails creates a professional impression.
Background
- Set a solid color background or upload a custom background image.
- Background images can be set to fill, tile, or center on the page.
- For best results, use high-resolution images that work well on both desktop and mobile screens.
Text
- Customize the gallery title (defaults to the event name).
- Add a subtitle or welcome message for guests.
- Choose from available font options to match your brand style.
Gallery Layout Options
Foto Master Cloud offers layout options to control how photos are displayed:
- Grid Layout -- Photos are displayed in a clean, uniform grid. Best for events with a high volume of photos.
- Masonry Layout -- Photos are arranged in a staggered pattern that accommodates different aspect ratios. Creates a dynamic, visually interesting display.
- Slideshow -- Photos are displayed one at a time in a slideshow format. Ideal for galleries with fewer, high-impact images.
You can switch between layouts at any time, even after the event has started.
Adding Your Company Info
Add your business details to the gallery footer:
- Company Name -- Displayed at the bottom of the gallery page.
- Website URL -- A link back to your website, so guests can find you for future events.
- Contact Information -- Optionally include an email address or phone number.
- Social Media Links -- Add links to your social media profiles.
This turns every gallery into a marketing tool, making it easy for guests and event planners to reach out for future bookings.
Preview Your Gallery
Before the event goes live, preview how your gallery will look to guests:
- In the gallery customization settings, click Preview.
- The preview opens in a new browser tab showing the gallery exactly as guests will see it.
- Test on multiple devices (desktop, tablet, phone) to ensure it looks great everywhere.
- Make adjustments as needed and preview again until you're satisfied.
Tip: Preview your gallery with a few test photos before the event to confirm that your branding, colors, and layout work well with actual content. This avoids surprises during a live event.
Applying Branding Globally
If you want the same branding to apply to all new events automatically:
- Go to Settings > Branding.
- Configure your default logo, colors, background, and company info.
- Save your defaults.
Any new event you create will inherit these branding settings. You can still customize individual event galleries to override the defaults when needed.
