Analytics Dashboard Overview
The Analytics section of Foto Master Cloud reports on activity that is processed through the Cloud: media uploads, gallery engagement, sharing delivery, AI credit usage, survey responses, and FMPrint activity where enabled.
FMX for Windows and FMX for iPad keep the full booth session record locally on the device. Cloud analytics should not be treated as a complete copy of the local FMX session history.
What the Analytics Dashboard Shows
The analytics dashboard focuses on cloud-synced activity:
- Media activity -- Uploaded photos, videos, GIFs, and gallery assets.
- Sharing metrics -- Email and SMS sends, delivery status, and related communication activity.
- AI usage -- Credit consumption broken down by feature, event, and time period.
- Gallery engagement -- Views, downloads, and guest interactions with online galleries.
- Survey responses -- Submitted answers and response summaries for events that collect survey data.
- FMPrint activity -- Print job status and print totals when FMPrint is used.
Live Event Monitoring
During an event, the Cloud dashboard updates as cloud-connected actions occur:
- Media uploads -- Confirm which files have reached the online gallery.
- Shares sent -- Track email and SMS delivery requests.
- Credit usage -- Monitor AI credit consumption as cloud AI features process photos.
- Gallery activity -- Watch gallery views and downloads as guests access their media.
- Print jobs -- Review FMPrint job status when cloud printing is enabled.
Local booth-only session details, such as every workflow step, complete session duration, and the full local sessions.json record, remain on the FMX device.
Key Metrics
The dashboard can help you review:
- Uploads -- How much event media has synced to the Cloud.
- Shares -- Email and SMS delivery volume and status.
- AI usage -- Total credits consumed and which AI features are using them.
- Surveys -- Response counts and answer breakdowns.
- FMPrint -- Print job volume, status, and failures.
Filtering and Exporting
- Filter by event -- View analytics for a specific Cloud event.
- Filter by time period -- Review cloud activity across a selected date range.
- Export available reports -- Download supported reports for client review, billing, or internal tracking.
