How to Export All Event Data

This article explains how to export photos, videos, guest contact data, survey results, and event statistics from Foto Master Cloud.

Exporting Photos and Videos

  1. Log in to cloud.fotomaster.com and open the event.
  2. Go to the Gallery tab.
  3. Click Download All. A ZIP of all photos is generated and downloaded.

Exporting Guest Email Data

  1. Open the relevant event.
  2. Go to the Emails tab.
  3. Scroll down to Email History.
  4. Click Export.
This downloads a spreadsheet with the email addresses collected during the event.

Exporting Guest Phone Data

  1. Open the relevant event.
  2. Go to the SMS tab.
  3. Scroll down to SMS History.
  4. Click Export.
This downloads a spreadsheet with the phone numbers collected during the event.

Exporting Guest Survey Data

  1. Open the relevant event.
  2. Go to the Survey tab.
  3. Click Export CSV.

This downloads a spreadsheet with the survey responses collected during the event.

Exporting Statistics

  1. Open the relevant event.
  2. Go to the Analytics tab.
  3. Click Export PDF.

This exports a PDF report with the event analytics and statistics.

Local Backup

Foto Master desktop and iPad software may also store a local backup of captured photos, videos, and event data. For example, the default FMX for Windows event folder is:

C:\FMX\Events\{SELECTED_EVENT}\

Inside the event folder, you can find the locally stored event files. The exact location may vary depending on the software, device, and custom settings.

Privacy

You are responsible for complying with the privacy and data protection laws that apply in your country or region. Foto Master software includes built-in tools such as disclaimers and consent options. Make sure to configure and use them properly before collecting or sharing guest data.
