Overview

This guide covers calibration procedures for the Epson C3500 printer when printing 2x2" tiles for photo mosaic walls.

Required Downloads

  1. TM-C3500 Firmware Updater -- Essential update that must be installed first
  2. Epson C3500 Driver V2.3 -- Printer driver software
  3. PMW_2 Media Definition -- Media configuration file for proper tile printing

Pre-Calibration Steps

Hardware Preparation

  1. Open up the Color Cartridges chamber
  2. Remove the rubber protector of the DSW
  3. Locate and push pin number 3 upwards to enable calibration mode

Driver Configuration

Access Printing Preferences

  1. Navigate to Devices and Printers in Windows Control Panel
  2. Right-click the Epson C3500 printer icon
  3. Select Printing Preferences from the context menu

Media Definition Setup

  1. Click on Media Definition tab within preferences
  2. Load the PMW_2 Media Definition file
  3. Configure settings for 2x2" tile dimensions
