How Foto Master Ecosystem Works Together

Updated Yesterday · 5 min read

Foto Master is a complete ecosystem of hardware, software, and cloud tools that work together seamlessly. At the center of everything is Foto Master Cloud — the hub that connects every device, license, and event you run, accessible from any browser, anywhere in the world.

Foto Master Cloud: The Central Hub

Foto Master Cloud is where everything is managed. From a single dashboard, you can:

  • Create and configure events — define the date, experience, gallery, and sharing settings before your team even arrives on-site
  • Manage licenses — assign, activate, and move software licenses across devices from anywhere
  • Build experiences — design workflows, layouts, and video outputs using the Cloud Builder tools, then push them to any connected device with one sync
  • Monitor everything live — see connected devices, session counts, sharing activity, gallery uploads, and AI credit usage in real time
  • Store and share — every photo, video, and AI result is stored in the Cloud gallery, accessible to guests and operators long after the event ends

Because Cloud is browser-based, your account travels with you. You can create an event from your office, monitor it on your phone during the event, and review analytics on your laptop the next day — no software to install.

How a Cloud Event Connects Everything

A Cloud Event is the shared connection point for every Foto Master product. When multiple software products are connected to the same event, they all feed the same gallery, share the same settings, and contribute to the same analytics. This is what makes multi-product setups possible.

1. Create the event in Cloud — set the date, assign a preset or template, configure the gallery and sharing options
  2. Connect your software — sign in to any Foto Master app (FMX for Windows, FMX for iPad, Selfie Wi-Fi, DMBot, AI Hot Folder, etc.) with your Cloud credentials and select the event
  3. Sync and go live — the software downloads the event configuration; everything runs locally and works even without internet after syncing
  4. Media flows to Cloud — every capture uploads to the Cloud event gallery automatically; guests receive their photos via email, SMS, or QR code
  5. Monitor from anywhere — watch sessions, shares, and uploads in real time from any browser

Offline resilience: If your internet drops during an event, all Foto Master software continues capturing, printing, and processing locally. Everything syncs to the Cloud automatically when the connection is restored.

Multiple Devices, One Event

Every Foto Master software license can be connected to the same Cloud event simultaneously. You can run as many devices as your subscription supports — all feeding the same gallery, all monitored from the same dashboard.

  • Three iPad booths at a festival, each running FMX for iPad — one event, one gallery
  • A Windows mirror booth and an iPad booth side by side — same event, same guest sharing experience
  • Selfie Wi-Fi for roaming guests and a fixed booth for portraits — all in one gallery

Licenses are managed per software product, not per device. Your Cloud account shows every active connection under Devices, with live status for each one.

Products That Work Better Together

Because every product connects to the same Cloud event and gallery, combining them creates experiences that are greater than the sum of their parts.

FMX + Draw Me Bot

FMX (for Windows or iPad) captures the guest photo and applies AI Draw Me to generate a drawing-style portrait. Draw Me Bot monitors the same Cloud gallery and automatically queues every new drawing for the robot arm to draw on paper. Guests get both a digital photo and a physical hand-drawn keepsake from the same session.

FMX + FMPrint

FMX for iPad can't connect to a printer directly. FMPrint solves this: it runs on a Windows PC connected to the printer, monitors the Cloud event gallery, and automatically pulls and prints every photo as it arrives. Multiple iPad booths can share one printer through a single FMPrint station — no cables, no network complexity.

Selfie Wi-Fi + Photo Mosaic Wall

Selfie Wi-Fi lets guests upload photos from their own phones. Those photos land in the Cloud gallery, which PMWall monitors in real time. Each upload becomes a tile in the live mosaic displayed on a large screen. No booth required — the entire audience becomes the installation.

AI Hot Folder + Draw Me Bot

AI Hot Folder watches any folder on a PC and uploads new images to the Cloud gallery with AI Draw Me applied. This means any camera workflow — a DSLR connected to tethering software, a roaming photographer, or even another booth software — can feed the DMBot drawing queue without using FMX at all.

FMX + Selfie Wi-Fi

Run FMX at a main photo booth station while Selfie Wi-Fi handles overflow or roaming guests anywhere in the venue. Both upload to the same Cloud gallery. The client gets more coverage, more photos, and one unified sharing experience.

Key Concepts

  • Event — the shared record in Cloud that groups all captures, gallery media, sharing, and analytics for one booking
  • Preset / Template — a saved experience configuration (workflow, layout, AI settings) that you assign to an event and sync to software
  • License — a software activation tied to your Cloud account. One license = one active installation of that software at a time
  • Sync — the process of downloading the latest event configuration from Cloud to the local software; only needed once before the event
  • Cloud Gallery — the shared online gallery for an event, fed by every connected product, accessible to guests and operators
