How To Use the AI Headshot Feature (Single Person)

Heads up: For better results, we recommend using AI Modify or AI Combine instead of AI Group Headshot. Both give you more control over the output and tend to handle group photos more consistently.

AI Headshot transforms one guest photo into a generated portrait based on the selected style, prompt, and model settings.

Requirements

• Foto Master Cloud account
• Basic or Pro plan
• Internet connection
• A workflow that includes the Cloud AI feature
• Good lighting and a clear face in the capture

Fastest Setup

The fastest way to start is to load a preset that already includes AI Headshot. After loading the preset, sync FMX and run a test session before the event.

Manual Workflow Setup

1. Open the workflow.
2. Add a Cloud AI step after the photo capture step.
3. Select AI Headshot as the AI feature.
4. Configure style and prompt settings.
5. Add an AI-processed trigger so the workflow waits for the result.
6. Add a reload or preview step so the generated image replaces or appears after the raw photo.
7. Save the workflow and sync FMX.

Prompt Modes

• Auto: AI chooses the look from the selected style.
• Mixed: You provide a core theme and the AI fills in the remaining creative details.
• Custom: You write the full prompt.
• Scene: You define the setting and visual context for the final image.

Testing

Run several test photos in the actual event lighting. Confirm that the generated portrait appears in the workflow, uploads to the gallery if required, and uses the correct print or sharing layout.
