Managing the Drawing Queue

Legacy Article: This article covers the legacy Draw Me Bot software. Draw Me Bot has been replaced by DMBot. See DMBot documentation →

The Draw Me Bot MacOS software includes a comprehensive queue management system for monitoring and controlling drawing tasks.

How the Queue Works

When photos are sent from the FMBooth App to Mac, they enter the queue system. The software processes images using AI technology and assigns one of three statuses:

  • Pending: Drawing awaits the next available robot
  • Processing: A robot is actively working on the drawing
  • Done: The drawing has been completed

Queue Information

The drawing queue table displays different data depending on a drawing's status. Once a drawing moves to "Processing," you can identify which robot is handling it. After completion ("Done"), the interface reveals the total time invested, which robot completed it, and when it started.

Queue Management Features

Sorting Options: The list can be organized by Date Added, File Name, or Status to help locate specific drawings quickly.

Redo Button: This feature serves multiple purposes—redrawing completed photos, addressing processing errors (like paper misalignment), or removing problematic images by deleting raw files and clicking Redo.

Down Arrow Button: Appearing only beside pending drawings, this button allows you to prioritize a pending drawing by pushing it to the end of the queue, since the system operates on LIFO (Last In First Out) principles.
