Standard Warranty
Foto Master hardware products include a limited hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
The standard warranty period is twelve (12) months from the date of product delivery, unless otherwise stated in writing by Foto Master.
What Is Covered
- Defects in materials or manufacturing
- Component failures under normal operating conditions
- Display, electronic, and mechanical failures not caused by misuse
What Is Not Covered
The limited hardware warranty does not cover:
- Missing component claims reported more than seven (7) days after receipt
- Products that are not fully paid, stolen, or determined to be non-original
- Software, consumables, or normal wear items
- Physical damage from drops, impacts, improper transport, or misuse
- Water damage or operation outside recommended conditions
- Power surge damage
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, negligence, or force majeure events
- Cosmetic damage, carrying cases, cables, and other excluded items, unless specifically stated otherwise
How to Make a Claim
To submit a warranty claim, contact Foto Master Support and provide details of the issue.
Please include:
- Your order information or proof of purchase
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- A clear description of the problem
- Any troubleshooting steps already attempted
Foto Master may require an online inspection session before approving a repair, replacement, or parts shipment.
Shipping costs for warranty service are the purchaser’s responsibility, unless Foto Master confirms otherwise in writing.
Extended Coverage: Foto Master Care
Foto Master Care is Foto Master’s extended warranty program. It extends the original one-year warranty by an additional year, for a total of two years from the original product purchase date. It also includes priority repair handling and discounted replacement parts. Foto Master Care must be purchased within 30 days of the product purchase or the warranty commencement date.
